  • Account Security: If provided with an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • Billing: Fees for our Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the agreed terms.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of Services until payment is received.
  • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, available upon request.

Our handling of personal and protected health information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including HIPAA. 6. Communication Consent and Messaging Policy

By using our Services or submitting your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications from BilNow LLC via email, phone calls, or SMS (text messages). These communications may include billing updates, appointment reminders, service alerts, or other necessary operational information.

  • Opt-In Consent: Consent for SMS is obtained through digital forms or verbal confirmation. By submitting any form on our website or providing your contact information during onboarding, you explicitly agree to receive SMS messages related to your services.

  • Message Terms: Message frequency may vary based on your service needs. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-Out Option: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. To get help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

  • No Marketing: We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS or RingCentral. All messages are strictly related to the services you have requested or are currently using.

All content, software, and materials provided through our Services, including logos, trademarks, and proprietary systems, are owned by BilNow or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BilNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
